hey, just something to share. i was just practicing for halloween. wasnt sure on the catagory, so if there is a better one, please tell me.
what you need
Black pen
Vaseline or hair gel
Tissue paper
Q-Tips
Scissors
Fake blood
here's how i did it
1. use a black pen to draw an outline of where you want the cut to be
2. Take the Vaseline or hair gel and make a thick layer over top of your marker line. if it is in a circle (like mine) fill the entire area
3. Since most tissue paper has two or more layers, take off one layer of tissue paper and put it on top of the Vaseline.
4. Cut off excess tissue.
5. Put water on a Q-Tip and just wet down the edges of the tissue paper so that it blends into your skin also make sure that the entire tissue is wet and sticking to the hair gell or vaseline
6. Take scissors or a little blade and make a line through the tissue paper covered Vaseline. Be carful, you dont need to cut hard because the tissue is already wet.
7. with the cotton bud, push some of the tissue around the slice (step 6) towards the outside, to give the appearance that the hole/cut is deep
8. dab on fake blood to the incide/hole with a Q-Tip
9. ta-daaa! you're all set!

I have a question though, will sticky hair gel work the same? Cause I got plenty of that
